Reservations Policy


INDIVIDUAL RESERVATION

Must be made 3 days in advance at least to the arrival date, otherwise is subject to availability.

All reservations require a minimum deposit for confirmation of the first night. The deposit must be made 3 days in advance at least to his arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

To cancel your reservation you must inform the hotel at least 3 days prior to arrival date for the return, otherwise forfeit the full amount of your deposit if you do not arrive. Similarly no refunds for early departures of total rooms booked apply. To return, if it is bank deposit, applicable taxes will be deducted at the time.

GROUP RESERVATION

Must be made 15 days in advance at least to the date of arrival, otherwise is subject to availability.
All reservations require a minimum deposit for confirmation of the first night of the total group, the deposit must be made 5 days in advance at least to his arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY GROUPS

To cancel your reservation you must report the minimum hotel 5 days prior to arrival date for the return, otherwise forfeit the full amount of your deposit if you do not arrive. Similarly no refunds will apply for early departures of total rooms reserved. For return if bank deposit, applicable taxes will be deducted at the time.
